Peter P. Lindley, P.A. is a law firm practicing in the general corporate, real estate, and commercial law practice areas. We engage in a wide range of legal services having nearly three decades of combined professional experience in accounting and finance, and business and commercial law. Mr. Lindley commenced his legal practice in 1998 with the then oldest Fort Lauderdale-based law firm and, thereafter, associated with one of the largest state-wide law firms, each in their respective corporate law practice groups, representing clients in securities, corporate and commercial law transactions and consultations.

Peter was very informative and took the time to explain any unclear term, topic or risk of exposure. He knew how to combine our requests into the contract in a way that we felt comfortable with the wording and still protecting us. Hired Attorney Mr. Peter P. Lindley

Peter Lindley handled two of our 1031 exchange deals. One of them being a very complicated case in two foreign countries. Mr Lindley is a consummate professional who really cares about his clients. Peter Lindley not only handled the 1031 but also helped us with some legal matters that had occurred and without his expertise it would have been a completely different outcome. Mr Lindley is a consummate professional, hardworking, honest with a great sense of integrity. He cares about his client which is not always the case in his profession. Should I ever need legal advice, Mr. Lindley would be at the top of my list.

I would recommend Peter 100% to anyone needed legal services in the areas he specializes. Peter has been both a consummate professional and at the same time very personable when it has come to dealing with all of my legal matters for the last 5 plus years. He is very thorough and organized in his work and has handled all issues to my utmost satisfaction.
