Hired Attorney Mark R. Osherow

We worked with Mark on a contract issues with a home builder and their in house lender. The mortgage company was blatantly violating the law and attempting to keep a large portion of our money that wasn't theirs. We were worried such a complex antitrust matter would take years to resolve... However, Mark met with us and provided a timely and in-dept analysis which clearly determined the lender was violating the law, allowing us the terminate the agreement immediately. The lender conceded and agreed to refund us. Having Mark saved us tens of thousands in up-front costs, not to mention over 100k in a predatory interest rate. Mark and his staff are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I will be referring him to anyone who needs a contracts, litigation, or business law attorney!

Members of my family were defrauded out of a large sum of money by an exceptionally charismatic, ruthless individual who ultimately presented them with a worthless six-figure check. She later filed for bankruptcy without listing them as creditors. I am a Florida lawyer and family members turned to me for help in finding the right lawyer to represent them. Mark Osherow was the right lawyer. I contacted him after reading an article on civil theft that he had written for the Florida Bar Journal. Mark took their case, which I continued to follow. He prepared powerful pleadings comprehensively documenting the defendant's fraud. The matter had also attracted the attention of law enforcement. Thanks to Mark's skill, the matter was settled with the approval of the bankruptcy court. The defendant repaid the full amount she had taken with interest. Needless to say, we will always be grateful to Mark and his Firm for their outstanding representation.

My firm is a small business provider of IT services which had a service agreement with a large enterprise client. The client, in our opinion, breached the agreement and refused to pay the balance of the term. I hired a firm that I believed to be experienced in complex cases/contract law to file the complaint. After 9 months and spending tens of thousands of dollars with no satisfactory results, I terminated the original counsel. I posted my case with the Florida Bar Referral Service to find a trusted attorney. I connected with Mark Osherow of Osherow, PLLC. Mr. Osherow is a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation Lawyer since 2006. Mr. Osherow took the time to fully understand the nuances and technicalities of our services and claims. If you want the best lawyer in town, Mr. Osherow is the one. If you want to win your case with the least expense he is the one. I have had dozens of lawyers in the past for various reasons and among all of them I found Mr. Osherow was the most knowledgeable with a sharp legal mind and a drive and dedication. He understood my complex case in one narrative and and paid attention to details and came up with a winning strategy which I readily agreed and approved. It was a team effort between me and my lawyer which led to a withdrawal of the case by the plaintiff with out any liability on my part It was a multi million dollar liability lawsuit against me and my family and I walked out of the lawsuit victorious. Was it not Mr. Osherow to defend me, I would still be fighting my case and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars .I strongly recommend Mr Osherow for you.
