Olivia Rosenthal is a senior associate in WSHB’s Boca Raton office, where she maintains a dynamic practice focused on first-party insurance and complex civil litigation. She brings particular depth to matters involving general liability, trucking programs, and construction defect claims.
Olivia attended the University of Miami for both her undergraduate and legal studies. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During her time at Miami Law, Olivia was a staff editor on the Inter-American Law Review, president of the Environmental Law Society, an active member of the Society of Bar and Gavel, and a student ambassador.
