As someone who is professional working in a law firm, the service and communication we received from Matthew and his paralegal was astoundingly disappointing. Unfriendly, uncommunicative, not timely, short, no explanations or streamlined processes, and by the end, rude. We both paid the fee and after more than a week, the paralegal told us she hadn't gotten payment (she had). Then they continued to ask for a form from us, and we continued to send it, and then would say "no not that, this" without any further guidance. When I pointed out that the level of care and attention we were getting was subpar, they refunded our payments (so they HAD gotten it, isn't that curious), and said we need to find someone else to work with. After wasting two months of our time. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, communicative attorney to help with your division of retirement assets- Matthew Lundy is the opposite of what you need.
