Attorney quoted a fee of services based on flat rate, then billed for hourly rate. Did not complete services requested and left a negative report on court file because of lack of services provided
I felt the law firm of Lavalle Brown and Ronan did not have my best interest at heart. We received an offer about 5 years ago and finally settled at the exact same price, 5 years later. The only difference is 5 years later, I owed more money. What exactly did lavalle do for 5 years? I had what felt like 6 or 7 different attorneys in my ordeal with Lavalle. This law firm couldn't even be consistent when we set up a bi-weekly phone schedule. Don't they have secretaries for that? Couldn't handle it
