Justin Savioli is a graduate of the University of Miami (B.A.) and University of Miami School of Law (J.D., cum laude). He served as an Articles and Comments Editor on the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a professional law fraternity. He received his Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida.
Mr. Savioli concentrates his practice on helping clients plan for the transfer of their assets in the most tax advantageous manner possible, taking into account the estate and gift tax ramifications. He reviews each client's goals and crafts a plan to serve their specific needs, often implementing trusts and other sophisticated techniques, helping the client minimize their tax exposure, and avoid the unnecessary complications of guardianship and probate.
Mr. Savioli also handles all aspects of estate and trust administration, business formation, business succession planning (including the drafting of buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements), state, local and federal income tax issues, charitable gifting and planning, prenuptial and postnuptial planning, and issues regarding life insurance.
Mr. Savioli is a member of the Florida Bar, the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, and is an active member of the Council's Speakers Bureau. He participates in the Estate Planning Committee of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Savioli is actively involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society.
