Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The attorney was rude, arrogant, and dismissive, with a consistently poor attitude toward both clients and staff. While present in the office, I personally overheard the attorney speaking in an extremely unprofessional and degrading manner about clients, as well as verbally berating her own employees. This kind of conduct is shocking and completely inappropriate for a legal professional. After collecting a very high fee upfront, there was little to no follow-up from the office. I had to repeatedly chase updates myself, and most of the time I was told the attorney was “busy” or unavailable. The work product contained multiple errors and had to be revised multiple times, yet issues were never fully resolved. Given the high fees charged, the level of service, conduct, and professionalism was completely unacceptable. Wast money!!
