Hired Attorney

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! Ron CANNOT WRITE A COMPLAINT THAT ANY JUDGE WILL ACCEPT! TWO, NOT ONE BUT TWO JUDGES THREW OUT THREE OF RON'S COMPLAINTS! I paid him $76,000.00 and NEVER got an acceptable complaint, thus costing me my case! Even the Judge told Ron, AFTER 3 TRIES; “MR. D'Anna, you have ONE more try to WRITE A PROPER COMPLAINT, OR I AM DISMISSING THIS CASE WITH PREJUDICE”! (RON COST ME MY CASE! RON'S WORK WAS UNACCEPTABLE BY AT LEAST TWO JUDGES!!! Mr D’anna told me it needed only MINOR revisions and he knew exactly what had to be done to correct the complaint. However these “minor revision” cost me approx. $20K each time! He will bill you every 8 to 10 months and then slam you with a bill for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and demand payment or threaten to quit right before a court date. He is THE WORST ATTORNEY!! DO NOT USE HIM!!! VERY UNETHICAL AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE!!!
