Several months ago, I contacted Ms. Morris for a $660 consultation which lasted less than 30 minutes. The trustee, who was thought to be a trusted family member, misappropriated significant funds. After, my grandmother passed I signed the questionable agreement due to not having the funds to get representation at that time. I was distraught so I contacted Ms. Morris for guidance. Ms. Morris scolded me to never sign anything and should have kept better tabs on the trustee. I admitted to her that I trusted my family member and had no identifiable reason to question how she was handling the money. I was already aware that I was lied to and taken advantage of by family. You would think that someone in her line of work has heard of such stories. I understand communicating in a straightforward manner, but she just rubbed salt in the wound knowing it was already difficult situation. I understand if the case could not be resolved, but I did not deserve such offensive behavior.
Ms Morris and her so called ELDER planning. My dad passed away two years ago and she lost his inheritance check that belonged to me. Thousands of dollars that I need during this Covid time. Two weeks she has not given an explanation nor given me my rightful inheritance check. Someone in her office said they lost it.. I’m over 60 years old and I need it.. she has NOT RETURNED ANY MESSAGES.. why? Ms Morris please help me get my rightful inheritance. Cynthia Guarino.
