In all honesty he was the best attorney we ever dealt with. We had tried doing a loan modification on our own and after no success I remembered that I had met this attorney (Charles Malki) at a Training seminar where he was the speaker. When I listened to him speak about Real Estate issues that buyers and sellers were going through and how he had helped them I knew he would be the guy we would trust with our situation. We decided to shortsale our property and I knew he would be the one to do it.
