Having lived abroad, and traveling extensively on deals, he has advised and assisted American and foreign multinational corporations, financial institutions, private businesses, and individuals. Maritime Transactions, Marketing and Commercial Matters, and Complex Cross-Border Mediation, Arbitration, and Litigation.

Mr. Perdue brings a unique perspective to his International Business practice; one integrating an entrepreneurial, business, and financial skills-set to law practice. With 16 years as a Global-500 Company's senior counsel, he helped reorganize and develop the Company's Strategic Planning and Finance Departments, and establish its Venture Capital Unit. He has worked with senior corporate and operating managers and individuals from around the world resolving contentious and non-contentious business management and financial problems.

Mr. Perdue's industry experience includes: Energy, Metals, Petrochemicals, Infrastructure and Industrial Plant Construction, Banking, Finance, Maritime Transportation, Tanker and Aircraft, Insurance, Computer Technology, Franchising, and Multinational Agribusiness.

Government Regulation, Cyber-Security, and Privacy Requirements are integral and have become business concerns. Mr. Perdue has an extensive knowledge of Administrative Law and domestic and international government operations and regulation. Having held senior-level posts in State and Federal government, he has worked with Executive Branch officials, Members of Congress and public-policy and corporation executives. His diverse experience extends from preparing lobbying agendas, drafting legislation and regulations, solving inter-agency conflicts, and teaching graduate Administrative Law.

Mr. Perdue has worked on Regulatory and Corporate Compliance, Antitrust Audit, US and European Community Anti-Dumping Investigations, World Trade Organization Application, Legislative Advocacy, Public Hearings, Issues Management, and Crisis and Reputational Management.
