Hired Attorney

ROBERT A. SWEETAPPLE, DOUGLAS CRANE BROEKER ARE TWO DISHONEST, CROOKED, CORRUPTED, UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNSCRUPULOUS ATTORNEYS. BE AWARE. THEY LIED TO US. THEY BREACHED OUR TRUST. THEY COLLECTED $110,000 FROM US IN LEGAL FEES WITHOUT DOING THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO. THEY WERE GROSSLY AND INTENTIONALLY NEGLIGENT IN HANDLING OUR CASE. THEY OWED US A DUTY OF CARE ARISING FROM THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, THEY FAILED THAT DUTY. THEY NOT ONLY BREACHED OUR AGREEMENT BUT THEY FAILED TO REPRESENT US WITH DUE CARE. In November 2021, Broeker and Sweetapple were hired by my husband and me to specifically handle the post-trial procedures on a case brought against us by a con artist named Ravi Kadiyala from Illinois who had stolen $1.1 Million Dollars from my husband’s bank account SWEETAPPLE SABOTAGED AND INTENTIONALLY NEGLECTED our case to a loss. We lost the chance for a retrial and appeal and we ended up with a $2.5 M Judgment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. THEY ARE CROOKS.
