This law firm has proven to be a very big disappointment. Many years ago they handled my mother's estate planning. When my mother passed away we engaged them to assist us in completing the transfer of her estate to her heirs. We experienced incompetence, delays, a rude attitude, and a lack of courtesy during a time of grief. As a result, new policies to protect the estate could not be completed in a timely fashion. Even something as small as sending sensitive material to the correct address proved problematic for them and a liability to us. This now becomes a cautionary tale.
