Hired Attorney

Jeremy was hired by my siblings, without my knowledge or attempt contact me, by Jeremy or any of my siblings, to settle my late fathers probate case/estate. His communication is woefully inadequate, his ability to follow the prescribed laws set forth by Arkansas Probate Laws. Transparency has been non-existent, he has failed to represent the estate of my late father, instead choosing to represent the interest of individuals of the estate. He has failed to carry out his fiduciary and legal obligation concerning my father's estate and has instead chosen to allow frivolous, unsubstantiated claims to be filed by my siblings to extract money from the estate. My interactions with Jeremy have been arduous, unnecessarily confrontational, and tenuous at best. Unfortunately, he was hired to represent my late father's estate, without my knowledge or approval. I would not recommend retaining him for any legal matter you may be experiencing.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Thomas allowed his plaintiff to provide perjured documents and commit fraud. He refused to do his ethical duty to notify the court AFTER he had proof. As the defendant representing myself, he refused to speak to me to resolve. No returned emails, calls, or texts as of this date today. I have filed a bar complaint and will be suing his firm for harm. Everything I state here has documented proof.
