Neo Law Firm has been my saviors on a few occasions for the last several years. They have been by my side when I needed them and never failed to shine when needed most.
Mr. Neo represented a young man who had been approved for transfer from jail to a treatment program. The only issue preventing the transfer was a simple amendment to a court document to reflect the correct program authorized to pick him up. Despite this being a minor administrative correction, no action was taken to resolve it. As a result, the client has remained incarcerated for weeks without that time counting toward any sentence or treatment requirement. Attempts to contact Mr. Neo’s office were unsuccessful. He did not return calls, and his assistant was dismissive and unwilling to provide assistance or information regarding the situation. As of today, the client is still sitting in jail due to an uncorrected document. This situation reflects a serious lack of communication, urgency, and advocacy.
