Tyree, Eskew & Roberts, L.C. is a law firm established in 1968 with an office in Blue Springs, MO. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing auto accidents, bankruptcy, business litigation and 48 other areas of law.
Mr. Eskew not only helped me with my will but helped when someone tried to sue my child and with some speeding tickets. He is a good attorney.
I went to Mr. Eskew in March to get help on a trust. He said he would write a letter to an attorney for the trustee. It took him 6 months and me calling numerous times to get the letter sent although his bill came right away.
This is in reference to our invoice number 1290/nkk/2015 $9,588.40 dated June 5th, 2015 for cargo delivered to Azam Mohamed Khan of ARC Steel, Blue Springs Missouri. After delivering our cargo and sending invoice, we received a email from Azam Mohamed Khan that he was canceling the order. We have repeatedly asked for the return of our cargo and received no response from his email or his phone. We were then contacted by a Attorney Mark Roberts of Tyree, Eskew & Roberts, L.C. who said they will pay after inspection of cargo at destination. We have repeatedly informed him that the order is cancelled and we want our cargo back. I requested a meeting to meet Attorney Mark Roberts but he declined a meeting and said there would be no meeting. Today he sent us a reply that all future mails which we send him will be deleted without reading. So now this attorney Roberts and Azam Mohamed Khan, both taken our cargo and refuse to respond. We are waiting for a response for this matter.
