Hired Attorney

Byron Wyndham is ethically challenged. He was supposed to be representing my wife and me in preparing deeds for our purchase of real estate. The seller instructed Mr. Wyndham to include a provision in the deeds to the effect that we would not have water rights with respect to the real estate we were purchasing. Mr. Wyndham added that provision to the deeds, but he neglected to tell my wife and me regarding the same. My wife and I only notice the no water rights provision in the deeds after the transaction had closed.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
