Amy Ginsburg is a nationally recognized consumer rights attorney with more than two decades of litigation experience. She is a graduate of Drexel University, where she earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Area Studies, and she received her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.
Since law school, Amy has practiced across a broad range of civil litigation matters, including real estate, commercial litigation, personal injury, and bankruptcy. She now focuses her practice exclusively on consumer protection and debt defense, representing individuals in cases involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act (FCEUA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Lemon Law, breach of warranty, consumer fraud, and foreclosure defense. Amy is frequently sought out for her knowledge of consumer law and has been interviewed on numerous talk shows and news programs addressing consumer rights issues.
Amy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Tennessee, Wyoming, California, Florida, Texas, and Arizona. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and numerous United States District Courts nationwide, reflecting the multi-jurisdictional scope of her practice.
Beyond her legal work, Amy is deeply committed to public service and her local community. She serves on the Wissahickon School District Board and the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit Board, where she is actively involved in education policy and governance. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
