Hired Attorney William Peterson

A very professional individual. Quick and courteous service. Always willing to take the time needed to explain the intricacies of environmental law. A very personable lawyer who never talks over your head. Retains a vast amount of knowledge and experience helping individuals deal with complex governmental agencies.

Hired Attorney William Peterson

Bill was a horrible lawyer. He promised us he had experience in the courtroom. He was an embarrassment in court. He was unprepared, offered no argument and was admonished by the judge. He refused to follow up to our phone calls and emails so we were forced to travel to his office to get any type of response from him. He was great at billing us, but unfortunately that appears to be the only skill he has mastered. He was totally ineffective. We would have been better represented if we had represented ourselves. At least then we would have had an excuse for having no idea what was happening!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
