Very, Very, Very poor experience with this man. I do not understand how he is able to stay in business. He was poor at communicating, he sucked at litigating my case. I had the department of corrections have to have the judge re sentence me as he put a enhancer an my charge and he had no legal right to, John missed that. He left me hanging on multiple complex legal platforms with not insight, direction, I'm just at a loss. I did lose picking this man and got over charged for his poor services.
Gloria Bogen did not turn in my documents in time for court even though she had the paperwork for 2 months - then she blamed it on me in the hearing! She did not respond to me for 10 days! She lied about creating a settlement but never produced one. She did not provide any billing information until after 6 months when she randomly mentioned she had blown through my entire $10,000 retainer. I asked for an itemized bill. It took her 10 days to produce anything. This the worst experience with a "professional" I have ever experienced.
