Currently, Mr. Schultz is the past president of the Monroe County (Bloomington, Indiana) Bar Association. He is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the House of Delegates, and a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Mr. Schultz is also a member of the American Association for Justice, where he is a past member of the Board of Governors, and still serves on several committees. Mr. Schultz is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
