I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney office. Throughout the process, communication records were disorganized and key details of the agreement with the other party were never put in writing. Unfortunately, this oversight meant that when part of the agreed-upon payment wasn't made, I had no proof or legal recourse—leaving me without the full amount I was owed. Despite paying for their services, I received little to no actual support or protection. I would not recommend this attorney's office to anyone who needs reliable, thorough legal representation.
I do not recommend working with this law firm for your legal needs. They are obsessed with their image and it is clear that they treat their employees poorly. I do not have any positive experiences to speak of
I engaged the services of Scott Federoff and twice he mis-represented how much a particular legal service would cost my business (seriously under-represented). I won't work with him again; he feels justified in over-billing his clients and is 0 for 2 with me and my business. I also was seriously unimpressed with the strength of the writing he used in representing my business. I'm a decent writer and could have done much better for my business in both situations doing the work myself.
