Thomson & Weintraub is a law firm established in 1941 with an office in Bloomington, IL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing civil litigation, trial practice, federal practice and 17 other areas of law.
I was represented by Mr. Kelly. Although it was a very stressful situation. He was there in every aspect we needed him in. Legally and emotionally. Suffering a loss in one's life is usually tragic enough, having lost someone due to negligence makes it much worse. Thank-You Mr. Kelly and your staff for everything that you did for my family and I.
I am thankful I hired this company to represent me. My lawyer was extremely capable professional and effective. They may not be the cheapest lawyers in town but it was worth the money.

Rip off
At one time, Alan Weintraub, was the top divorce attorney in Bloomington, IL. That is why we sought his services for. Obviously, this is NOT the case any longer. Has too many clients, can not focus on each individual case. Does not have email capabilities, so always had to phone and then wait days for him to return a call. Plus would get charged for each phone call, no matter if question was answered or not!! Does not have the competitive drive- got crushed by the other lawyer and did nothing!
