Hired this attorney in March! He was good the first couple months but after July has completely stopped responding! We’ve sent emails, made phone calls, left messages, and talked with his assistant and he still does not respond. Now we have an upcoming court date that we have no clue what’s going on because this attorney is a fraud! He took our money and hasn’t done his job. Over 3 months with absolutely no response at all is ridiculous! We want our money back
I paid $600 retainer fee to represent me in concerning my contractor's failure to live up to his new home warranty. I got 1 poorly written letter, which I had to edit and make grammar corrections, over a period of almost 3 months. I was given a litany of excuses why it took so long. And after one letter and a couple of emails, I was sent a bill that just happened to equal the $600 retainer fee! Imagine that. Avoid this crook at all costs.
