At consultation, Mr. Vieley offered nothing but total reassurance that he could prove the other party liable with a 96-98% positive outcome. He was given a $10,000.00 retainer fee, which was one of the two options that he required for representation. He failed to attend the first hearing stating that he had other matters to attend to. He never informed me when there was discussion/responses with the other party. Four days prior to the second scheduled hearing, he suddenly stated that he wanted to dismiss the case. I informed him that I didnt agree with his decision, nor his timing. He neglected to advise me of any other options. I requested a refund for the portion of the retainer fee that had not been used and he refused. When I made a request to view my file to see how much time he had involved, he said that he would have to charge me a fee to do so. I told him that I intended to file a complaint, and his response was, "I would be very careful of what I did if I were you"
