Hired Attorney Thomas Arkell

Mr. Thomas Arkell represented my national interest waiver petition and my wife and I’s adjustment of status (green card) before USCIS. Mr. Arkell made the process super smooth, flawless and his office was so accommodating and helpful. We did not encounter with any delay during the whole process. We have received our green cards and finally settled in this great country; thanks to Mr. Arkell’s assistance. I would definitively recommend him for national interest waiver petition application.

The attorney for my NIW case was taken by Jim Arkell. After signing a contract with Dunn Law Firm, the communication with the the attorney has been extremely difficult and slow. When I requested advice on petition documents by email, several weeks went by without a response. After a long time, the response I got was perfunctory. If you need timely response and aren't planning to draft everything by your own, I don't recommend this attorney.
