A Lawyer with Integrity Who Went Above and Beyond I had a consultation with Tom Howlett regarding a complex legal malpractice matter. Although Tom was ultimately unable to take my case on a no-charge basis, he still took the time to speak with me and provide thoughtful, candid guidance. What stood out most was his integrity and professionalism. Tom didn’t rush the conversation, didn’t talk down to me, and didn’t treat the call as a formality. He listened carefully, explained the realities of the situation clearly, and went out of his way to offer strategic insight and direction—even knowing he would not be representing me.
