I was referred to Lusk second. The first one did not cover our district but was extremely nice about it. Our 10 year old has been in an IEP since 2nd grade. Friday we had at a meeting at the school and we had several problems with the teacher and the principal, the latter literally scream at me in front of my child, blamed me and stormed out of the meeting ending the IEP I called for and was legally entitled to. Although not the expert Lusk is, after 5 years in IEP we learned the rules. We wanted to know if we had any civil action against the principal. He was too busy lecturing on us what we already knew. When I tried to explain that he asked to be allowed to speak so I let him. When he was done, I tried to explain our particular situation and he interrupted me. I told him that I allowed him to speak so may I now speak. He said "I'm ending this call" and hung up on me. RUDE RUDE AND BEYOND RUDE! Not to mention unprofessional.
