Bought a Storage business in Blairsville sept 2017 and Cary Cox handled the closing. Very efficient, affordable and professional. I recommend him so much that I am using him again as my closing agent.
I can only echo completely an earlier reviewer. Their experience was virtually identical to mine. It was at least confirmation that my impression of Mr. Cox was indeed accurate and in no way misperceived. I recently dealt with him and his staff for the second time and it was night and day from my first experience. My needs as a paying client were also simple (a will) and required next to no effort on behalf of Mr. Cox or his staff. Yet I was made to feel like some sort of peasant nuisance that needed to be ushered out of the office as soon as possible. Mr. Cox could not have been more impatient, sarcastic, unpleasant and unprofessional in demeanor and disposition. Late upon arrival, he did not even bother to say hello and gave me a rather disapproving expression upon seeing me in the waiting room. His staff uttered not one word as I exited the office. My advice: if you wish to be treated with even a modicum of courtesy and respect, don't waste your time or money on this attorney.
Mr. Cox prepared my parents wills years ago. When my mother passed recently and I called for guidance on what I needed to do. Mr. Cox acted like I was a freeloading nuisance. No empathy and flat out refused to offer guidance in any way. I have never experienced such a rude interaction with a professional in my life. If this is how you are going to treat people, just retire. Go find your happy and quit spreading your misery.
Very POOR communication. They were suppose to be handling a settlement for me and and their computers were hacked and I kept getting wiring instructions From their email to send the settlement funds to some strange bank and person in Florida. The day of settlement they still had not sent me a HUD statement for review or called to let me know how much money I would need for settlement. Terrible in all regards to their business communications and professionalism. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
