Even once the fees were paid, it seemed to take forever to get the filing done. I don't know if it was the firm or the court that held it up.
He knows what he's doing but getting a response is extremely difficult. I had to leave several messages by phone and e-mail as well as a fax or 2 to get my case filed. In fairness, it took over a year for me to pay my client fee and he worked with me through all of that which is really priceless. But once it was paid, there was a huge delay over and above the expected couple of months that I feel was unnecessary and could have been avoided had he responded to communication attempts.
