Very good lawyer but his associates are at times a bit much to deal with.
I went to this man after an auto crash left me disabled. The person who hit me fully admitted fault to me, and others at the crash site, and he was ticketed for reckless driving. I settled the case because Mr. Flynn indicated he didn’t want to put me through court because of my pain and he said he didn’t think a local jury would like me. He led me to believe settling was my best option; I signed off and took possession of the check. Mr Flynn told me he found out the other driver had a policy rider worth million that wasn’t disclosed. I asked what could be done and he told me it was too late, once I took the check, there was nothing to be done. Unfortunately, several things came to light after the statute of limitations passed; an attorney told me the case was worth much more than a million, Flynn knew I was on narcotic pain medication and should not have advised me while I was on meds, in treatment and the jury was not my concern. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Thomas Flynn
The law firm of Thomas flynn, flynn law started handling my wife’s workers comp claim in 2019. We had an entire folder with everything needed to make the claim. The firm assigned a lawyer and paralegal in 2019. 18 months later that water quit the firm and another lawyer took over. Not a yr later that lawyer quit and another was assigned. This has happened now for the 5th time and after 5 years and 10 months, this newest attorney spent 10 mins looking at the 1000 page folder with a docket number, judges information and defense council info along with medical reports and a third party medical that was ordered by the employee and this new guy propped it’s not a winnable case. lol. He had no idea about anything permanent to the case. He simply didn’t want to be bothered. The worst part is after almost 6 years you would think Thomas flynn himself would want to speak to myself or my wife but he won’t even come to the phone. I would never recommend this firm.
