Tried working with Brian Mack for a full year, a huge waste of my time. Got nothing accomplished. He wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls when needed. Luckily I was able to get my full retainer back. He did not file with court when he said he had. He also said initially that my case was the type he preferred to handle. He did nothing toward helping me. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! I/ have a lawyer who charged me way less in time and money.

It has been FOUR years since I paid the Mack Firm to assist in settling my mother’s estate. She owned mineral rights in Virginia and as my mother lived in Ohio as do I, my attorney was not licensed to file out of state documents. In January 2021 I was assured that all documents had been filed and the transfer was complete. That was NOT TRUE and as I type this in 2024, the proper documents have NOT been signed by a judge and have NOT been filed in the required two counties. So basically Mr. Mack fattened his bank account and my mother’s estate is NOT settled.

Brian was excellent with assisting me review and make changes to previous documents. He is a great attorney to work with, did an excellent job, and all documents were ready as promised. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him for all of your document preparations.

Wrote one letter talked to me twice on the phone once in the office and when i really needed advice could not reach him . Had to call the commonwealth attorney in my town for advice
