My wife and I recently closed on a new construction home purchase in Black Mountain, NC. We hired Mr. Christy, who had been recommended to us by a close friend who had used him in the past. Our home purchase ended up having several issues that came up after a survey was done that caused a lot of stress for me and my wife. Mr. Christy proved to be a calm, thorough and very experienced attorney and he delayed the release of our money to the builder/seller until every issue was resolved.
He took time to listen to all my questions and offer suggestions and recommendations. He was very pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns.
This firm handled my problem quickly and efficiently. Their expertise was a cut above and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal advice/services. There was always a feeling of putting the client first and never anything suggesting that they were just "after the almighty dollar."

Mr. Ellis is nothing more than a horrible human being who did nothing more than what was necessary to make himself money. He sold everything on the property for a few hundred dollars a truckload without regard to value or ownership of the items. He is a horrible human being and an even worse lawyer. Do not let him deceive you or in any way damage your loved ones lives though his callouse means of ridding them from his “to do” list.
