My Husband was parallel parking next to court house in our county, and found out it was to tight a spot, bumping into a pickup behind him hard enough to rock the vehicle, but our bumpers matched in height and only damage he could see was the road grim on both bumpers was smudged around. We drove away, and someone reported the bumping to police department. We did not know it was illegal to bump into a bumper while parking, and not report it, when we did not see any damage. Police stopped us a few blocks away, giving him 3 citations. Anyway, Justin Vinje, was very helpful in explaining what the law is and what is needed to be done to reduce violation points placed on my husbands drivers license from this incidence. We appreciated his professional advice.
Where do I begin? So, a friend of mines suggested Mr. Vinje. So, I sent him an email outlining my situation, and that I was seeking legal assistance. His first impression on me was, the day of my email, he contacted me. Not a secretary or paralegal. Mr. Vinje called me back. We visited regarding my situation. I never felt rushed off the phone by him. He explained differences in the potential scenario, and he listen to the questions I asked. From the very first moment in visiting with him, he struck me as a completely honest man. Along with this trait, his knowledge was strong, and he easily showed you differences given a situation. As the consultation concluded. He gave me "homework" in essence and said we would visit again once I received what was requested. I couldn't thank him enough for the time he visited with me on my matter. The following day, I answer a call from a number I did not recognize, generally I don't. Certainly I was not expecting another call from him, another after.
