Hired Attorney James Cunningham

Jay was literally the person who saved my life this year. What began as a simple divorce turned into a nightmare of a year including alimony, legal guardianship, possible bankruptcy, conservatorship, a second mortgage lawsuit settlement and finally death of the ex-spouse. Jay and his colleagues were there to see me through every step of the way. Without the help of Jay, I don't think I would have gotten through this past year. I would and have highly recommend Jay to anyone!

Hired Attorney Ernest Essad Jr.

Inquired about his services. He asked for contract to review. Sent me bills for $1900 and I hadn’t engaged the firm yet. I decided to engage the firm and they explained that was work they would have to do anyway. I agreed to pay, then he decided he wasn’t going to take the case because I questioned the bill. Slimy!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
