Berry Moorman P.C. established an office in the City of Birmingham in 1997 in order to better serve our clients in Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, and Livingston Counties. Our office is within walking distance of Birmingham City Hall, the Mayor’s office (attorney Donald F. Carney Jr., a partner in the Firm, is a former Mayor of the City of Birmingham), and the Birmingham shopping district.

Hired Attorney David Foy

David has negotiated two buy in agreements for me for a medical practice. He has a vast fund of knowledge and experience with health care contracts and made it a very smooth process each time. David took a deep dive into understanding the current situation at hand and then came up with proactive solutions and got the job done. He has a great way of knowing when to push forward and when to reconsider certain terms or provide creative alternatives, and in the end I felt that I would not have been able to negotiate as effectively without his expertise. I will definitely work with him again for future contract negotiations.
