We were told before he took our case that he would get access to notes of anonymous witnesses called in "termination of employment" situation. He did not. He did not explain that our case might not go to a jury. It was settled by summary judgment, which was a surprise to us, before he called any witnesses for our case. He appeared to not be completely aware of the details of our case, because he did not ask pertinent questions in deposition. He asked for more money in the middle of the case.
