White Arnold & Dowd P.C. is a law firm established in 2003 with an office in Birmingham, AL. At this office location, there are 16 lawyers practicing complex litigation, white collar criminal defense, domestic relations and 18 other areas of law.
My primary attorney could not attend my court hearing. Steve Arnold represented upon little notice to me, no court room preparation, etc. In other words, he offered nothing of expectations of the day. I was blindsided. I was in shock as he flailed around the room with innuendoes instead of acutely documented case facts. He failed to even address key decrees or grounds of our suit. The loss was enormous; he also agreed the judges rule was in the wrong and still, refused to appeal or assist.
