No protective order. Because there was never a trial. ***** 2. “Prosecutors can’t give unredacted records under 2025 rules. ******2025 rules don’t apply retroactively.****** 3. “You can’t retain a copy. “ *******→ Rule 1.16(d) says otherwise. His statement, that he was going to give me a redacted copy what I was legally entitled to and I kept texting and in every txt tried to convince me that I did not have any right to the file Violations: 1.16(d), 8.4(c), 8.4(d).
Our relative was unjustly jailed. Horton promised to get them out the next day. He promised to talk to the judge, the GAL as well as other judges if the judge didn’t budge. He promised to file a Writ of Habeas Corpus but didn't. He never met the judge face to face. He likely spoke to him over Zoom. He spoke against our loved one to the clerks who gave him private documents. He released privileged information to the judge and said that our loved one was seriously ill when he is the one calling the hurting “Retarded”. He worked less than two hours. He refused to return our $5k. He said that he "believed the judge". and he turned against us. We have his lies on tape. He charged $375 an hour for doing nothing. He did this to others who never got out of jail because he is incompetent. He charged a client $500 to make one phone call to her while screaming at her. He was told that our relative could not be seen and he went to the jail anyway just to waste time so that he could charge us more.
