Libel, Slander and Defamation

I am filing this complaint regarding legal services provided by Bachus Brom and Taylor, specifically Bryan Taylor, in connection with a defamation matter. In August 2025, we entered into a representation agreement and paid a $5000 retainer. We promptly provided extensive documentation and remained fully responsive. Mr. Taylor confirmed we had sufficient evidence to proceed and outlined a process including a demand letter, rebuttal, and follow up demand. While the initial letter was sent and a rebuttal received, substantive work then ceased. For over seven months, no meaningful follow up actions were completed. We have retained screenshots documenting repeated requests for status updates dating back to August, including written confirmation that we had a viable case. Communication became inconsistent and required persistent follow up from us. We notified Mr. Taylor of a conflict of interest on February 2, 2026 after we filed a ballot challenge involving one of his new clients, John Wahl
