Spotswood Sansom & Sansbury LLC concentrates on civil litigation affecting business interests including air carrier liability, antitrust, securities, business torts, contracts and other corporate litigation, employment and civil rights, false advertising, insurance coverage, lender liability, and unfair competition. We have extensive experience litigating class action issues in Alabama and in other jurisdictions.

Our employment practice includes representing employers in matters ranging from class-wide claims involving allegations of employment discrimination and the violation of employment benefits law to audits of government contractors by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Hired Attorney Robert K. Spotswood

Robert was very communicative and gave the good and bad on the case from all aspects. In addition, he assimilated all of the facts then gave his own opinion instead of listening to others. At times was at odds with Lawyers from much larger firms and this never intimidated him. I had a favorable outcome and enjoyed working with him and his firm.

Michael had a good grasp of the issue and was able to assist Bob when needed in the depositions as well as the response that was needed regarding the suit.

this is a firm made up of excellent lawyers who know litigation and federal courts. many clerk for federal judges in the past. they bring a sophisticated practice to birmingham that is often not found anywhere in the south.
