Bob Battle is a distinguished founding partner at Battle & Winn LLP, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous tenure as a partner at a large Birmingham-based law firm. His career began as a law clerk for the Honorable Ira DeMent, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Alabama. Bob has built a formidable practice centered on business and commercial litigation, focusing on insurance coverage and False Claims Act cases.
