The help I received from Mr. Izzi was nothing short of amazing receiving arrearage alimony payments from my former husband. He was very knowledgeable, to the point, and compassionate. I highly recommend him to anybody who is going through serious domestic situations.
During a visit to Birmingham, Alabama, I got charged with a misdemeanor offense. Richard helped me to get into the deferred prosecution program without ever having to even set foot in a courtroom. In addition to not wasting a day to drive in from another state for a court appearance, when I needed proof of no criminal convictions on my record so I could sit for my professional exams, he was there to get me what I needed. If I ever find myself in such a position again, I know who I will call.
Soon after Richard replaced my appointed lawyer, I was released on bond. Most of the felony charges that were filed against me were eventually dismissed, and I will be eligible for expungement of the convictions in the cases where I decided to enter a guilty plea once I successfully complete the deferred prosecution program. The damage control work Richard did for me was great.

wanted to hear. As things wound up, the charges against me were ultimately dismissed. It is
impossible to imagine how I could have gotten a better outcome without his help, for which I’ll
always be grateful.
