Battle & Winn lawyer Madison Field joined the firm after starting her career at a Birmingham-based multistate law firm of more than 200 attorneys. Madison has a broad range of litigation experience, including representing financial institutions in complex financial disputes, creditors in bankruptcy matters, and governmental entities in litigation concerning large public construction projects.
At Battle & Winn, Madison serves clients across a range of industries and provides thoughtful, results-driven insight. She crafts litigation strategies tailored to meet the needs of each case for her business and individual clients. Madison’s experience navigating intricate legal landscapes—from governmental immunity to the bankruptcy code—allows her to confidently tackle diverse types of litigation for her clients.
Madison is an avid reader, a book club enthusiast, and a supporter of all things Birmingham. When she’s on the hunt for new restaurants in town, she’s accompanied by her husband—and usually by her rescue dog, Oliver. Madison gives back to her community as a member of the junior board of Oasis Counseling for Women and Children, which provides mental health services to vulnerable women, children, and families in Central Alabama. Madison also is a member of the emerging collectors group at the Birmingham Museum of Art, where she enjoys connecting with fellow art enthusiasts.
