With over two decades of experience, Kirby Farris leads Farris, Riley & Pitt, LLP as managing partner, focusing on personal injury, FELA, and FLSA cases. His career was shaped by his tenure at Norfolk Southern Railway Corporation, where he understood the serious impact of workplace injuries. As Designated FELA Counsel for the TCU, Mr. Farris has achieved a lifelong ambition to support injured railroad workers. Holding a law degree from Birmingham School of Law, he lectured in torts and civil procedure, establishing his practice in 1997 through trusted referrals.
