Ms. Dolan is erratic, rude and demeaning to her clients and staff. In just about every encounter I witnessed, including my own with her, she was abrupt, condescending, impatient and always appeared angry at the world. I did not go forward with her because I could not trust someone with such an uneven temperament to represent my interests.
