I hired Mcelheny under Wettermark & Keith . Honesty Mcelheny was ill-prepared to represent my case against the city of Birmingham. An officer slammed into my parked car on a weather climate day. Case dismissed summary judgment granted to the city : Mcelheny never made arguments, nor attempt to get affidavits from others officer struck. And stated to me "depo from my doc's would be too expensive". His lack of concern showed on the depo fr obvious unasked guestions to officer. Disappointed
