Great representation from a very personable and professional lawyer who won my case and I got to keep the house AND the kids. She kicked serious rear end in the courtroom. In my opinion these are the best family law lawyers in Birmingham, I totally recommend them.

Jennifer Rose was my attorney for my divorce and helped me secure the best result I could have asked for. She was easy to work with,knowledgeable, and professional throughout my case which was complicated, at least to me it was. As a father you always worry that you aren't going to get a fair deal but she definitely fought hard for me and did what I thought was impossible.

Used Mrs. Rose's services for my custody case and felt she did an extremely good job. She was kind, professional, skilled, and best of all available whenever I needed her day or night. She got the job done and done well. The other people I dealt with at the firm were fantastic also, nice people who seem to care about what they are doing and who they are doing it for. Great! Mrs. Attorney Jennifer Rose helped me get out of a bad situation I caused by taking bad advice from my previous attorney in my divorce. She knows the law like the back of her hand and is very skilled but what struck me even more is how caring she was towards me and my situation. Yes I had her personal cell number and yes I probably called her more than I should but she never made me feel like I was being too much or like my emotions didn't matter. My previous attorney was a cold uncaring robot of a person and it was such a night and day difference that I feel it is worth mentioning. Above and beyond all of this she absolutely demolished the other sides arguments and won mt case. With kids on the line I wouldn't go to anyone else, period end of discussion.

Jennifer Rose is, in my experinece, the best attorney in Alabama for family law, especially for dads. She won a case for me that other attorneys said was UNwinnable and got me more time with my kids than I'd imagined in even my best case scenario. I'd give her 100 stars if I could! Very caring, very professional, not afraid to fight for me and she didn't back down or take no for an answer on my case and the result speaks for itself. They say you get what you pay for and this was money WELL spent, I'll literally make it back on the child support she saved me but even if she didn't my kids are worth spending the money for a top notch attorney and she lived up to her billing.

Jennifer Rose and everyone I dealt with at this firm were fantastic in every way during my divorce. Was with a previous firm that basically weren't giving any effort or fighting for me in my opinion so I went looking and after meeting with multiple other attorneys I decided that this was the firm for me. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made as they blew away my expectation of not only what I could get but how I was taken care of was great as well. They made a tough time for me better, if that makes any sense. Family law is very obviously Mrs. Rose's calling, she is kind but firm, she's smart, and she has NO hesitation in fighting for a client if my case is any indication. :) 10 out of 10 for me.

Jennifer made everything in my divorce easier than I expected it to be. that's not to say it wasn't still painful to leave a long time relationship but only to say that the care and attention I got at this firm helped me get through everything tremendously better than I thought I would. She was always available and took time when I had questions, never made me feel rushed or like I was being pathetic when I was freaking out a little or crying. Yes, guys can cry about this stuff too. She deserves credit for saving my children and my ability to see them and I can't even thank her enough for going to bat for me and fighting so hard. Their mom wanted to keep me away and had made some pretty nasty false allegations but Jennifer blew those up like it was nothing. Very impressed with her and her entire staff that helped me, Sharon,Dawn, and even the sweet lady at the front desk,Kim. This firm is DAD approved. HIGHLY reccomend.

In my experience, Jennifer Rose IS the attorney to call for divorce, period! I looked high and low for the best divorce lawyer when I found Jennifer, I looked at reviews, I looked at awards, I listened to word of mouth, I met with 10 different attorneys, no joke. Out of all of that the thing that became clear to me when I first met with Jennifer and even more solidified after she started respresenting me I saw how my exes attorney was is this, this woman is the best around, period! She cared about my case and me and my children as a people, she was ALWAYS there for me when i needed her and never more than a text or phone call away, She made herself available to me even at odds hours, And most importantly she fought hard for me and stood up to my exes attorney who tried to be a bully but eventually got pushed around by HER LoL Am I pleased with her services? Absolutely! I honestly don't believe I'd be sitting here with my children without her I'm so grateful to her for fighting.
