Jeff is a thorough lawyer, who gives his all to his clients. I wouldn't use any other lawyer, I trust him completely, to solve my crisis and give me alternatives to difficult situations, I know he has my best interest at heart.
Mr. Rowell doesn't have the empathy to be an effective family attorney. Family squabbles aren't petty to the people involved in them, especially when abuse is involved. I came to him for help and was pretty much mocked, which made me feel victimized all over again. He dismissed my case without even offering to read the communications that I believe to be harassment. Bottom line is it involves social media and family in a different state and that's just too complicated for him to bother with.
