Lack of communication, not willing to protect his client even with everything on paper. Will not go that extra mile. Had to go and sit in his office for a couple of hours to get to see I was correct on payment history.
My attorney from this firm was non-responsive, dismissive, and unprofessional. He did not adequately prepare me for how we would approach my first and most important court date, but was also 30 minutes late to said court date. He ignored many of my emails and calls, refusing to attend a single court date after the initial one. He neglected to handle a handful of important steps in my case (either due to laziness or unfamiliarity with the statues he was supposed to be familiar with), which could have resulted in even bigger legal issues for me. I reached out expressing my grievances and concerns shortly after the resolution of my case (I cc'd the other larger attorneys at the firm as well) and never received a response from any of them. Hilariously enough, the signature on my attorney's email was the following: "All it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing." Edmond Burke I don't know if I'd call him a good man, but he certainly did nothing
Attorney Joe lacked compassion, rude, nasty attitude, no sympathy...did not answer questions, tone was unprofessional...and was beyond disrespectful...my mind was blown with how he failed to handle business but had an attitude about my concerns
Failed to show any interest in my case beyond minimal clerical low grade effort. Served the defendant 6 months beyond the statute, almost blew my case for me. Failed to even bother to learn the limits of the defendants accident policy. Failed to document any due diligence in the service attempt. I was forced to voluntarily withdraw my case which is allowable in Ga. And ofcourse I terminated him. Refilled my case and two years later had favorable outcome thanks to his absence. But this worthless piece of garbage is trying to sue me for his own incompetence. Bar complaint filed. Perhaps if your spine is severed and 20 million is in play, this scumbag might bother to give your case attention. If you want more details call me 2054470585.
